Deric was awesome! He towed our truck and 5th wheel at the same time. What a professional, with a great attitude. He called to check on us a couple of times while we were waiting on Hwy 84. When he arrived he went about his job in a manner that instilled confidence in us that he knew what he was doing. He actually stopped twice enroute to our destination to confirm and check the security of our vehicles.

Henry, from Bison Towing was really great! He was very careful and competent loading our Harley-Davidson onto the tow truck. He even pulled over to check the set up and made adjustments. Bison was sent out by AAA and brought it all the way to Twin Falls ID. Fortunately we only had a flat.

Zane was very patient and helpful. He helped take off the broken wheel (after the mechanic failed to put on the lugnuts) to see if we could use the spare tire. The wheel studs were shot and one even came off. A+ service. His flatbed truck was comfortable.
