This shop in Altamont sends out monthly flyers to advertise specials and services they offer. We get the flyer regularly. They advertise a full service body repair shop with a lifetime warrantyWe have about a 45 mile each way drive to get there and discover that they don’t have a body shop. It is even advertised on the web site but call before you drive or go to an actual body shop. P C. B.

The staff is friendly enough. However based on my experience here; my opinion is they either don’t try to buy solid cars or the ones they buy cheap that have been wrecked have deeper than superficial issues. I’ve thouroughly inspected and have driven multiple units from here. I did ask some of the staff and an owner about smelly interiors, damaged paint or missing parts and was advised that they are used cars and that is expected. We decided to buy cars they way we have in the past and to walk away from this group of dealerships.

I did really like the this place but now wouldn't recommens for my little types car. Took car in a couple weeks back, they said they "Think" it's my transmission, so I took back to place that put in as still under warranty. Called last week to bring it back to see what else could be. Get a call the DAY I WAS TO DROP OFF, and was told there is nothing else they can do for me. Recommendes this place so much but no more.
