this place was amazing. got me towed and drove me to the lot and even stayed there until my ride got there. once i realized that my car wasn’t covered under warranty i had them do the repair in a timely manner getting the car part and fixed. definitely would recommend

I’ve never paid the same amount for the same distance. It’s been $80 all the way up to $150 for the exact same tow (multiple times from my house to the same shop) so just seems to be whatever they choose at the time and what their attitude is. My last experience, the driver was pretty rude, and also cussing at people as they drove by. Told me I woke him up, and had an attitude. I’ve always gone to Cletes for my towing needs but will never again.

MY CAR WAS STOLEN BY CLETES INC AFTER THE OFALLON POLICE DEPT HAD IT TOWED THERE. MY TRUCK WAS REPORTED STOLEN IN WRIGHT CITY MO AND NO ONE NOT OFALLON PD OR CLETES INC CONTACTED ME UNTIL THEY SENT MY STOLEN VEHICLE TO A SALVAGE YARD. THE LADY AT CLETES INC IS A LOSER AND SHE OBVIOUSLY HATES LIFE CAUSE SHE TREATS HUMAN BEINGS LIKE TRASH BECAUSE SHES TRASH. THEY PREY ON PEOPLE TO PAY A 51 DOLLAR LOT FEE WHEN THEY DO NOT EVEN NOTIFY THE ORIGINAL OWNER OF THE VEHICLE THAT IT WAS FOUND AFTER BEING STOLEN. I HAVE LEFT COMPLAINTS ON THE BBB AND MY LAWYER IS LOOKING INTO A LAWSUIT FOR NEGLECTING LEGAL PROCEDURE.
