Fantastic service! We replaced the motor and regulator on my daughter’s window last year. A few days ago the window dropped again, so we brought it back. They got us in right away and fixed it for free, no parts or labor, even though it was a couple months past warranty. We were so relieved and really impressed by how they stood behind their work. That kind of honesty and customer care is hard to find. Highly recommend!

Great customer service and good people! My Prius broke down while I was visiting from out of town. I called a bunch of places to get it fixed. Everyone said it would be until after the holidays to get it even looked at, even Bruce’s. But, when I was sinking into despair, Bruce’s called me back and said they would fit me in the next morning, knowing I was from out of town and hoping it was just a quick spark plug issue. It ended up being a head gasket, and even though they couldn’t fix it there (because of the high voltage of a Prius) they still cleaned the coil and did further diagnostic with a mechanic’s camera to be sure they had the correct problem. They only charged me half hour of labor, and Matt explained the issue in depth so when I went to the dealer, I wouldn’t get swindled. I highly recommend this shop, they are there to help people get back on the road. Their honesty and kindness was so helpful. Thank you!!

Top rated guys all around. The real deal, down to earth and honest. Saved me a ton of money after getting ripped off at other local places. They are generally booked for about 4 weeks out, but there is a good reason for that. Recommend them 100%!
