I was stuck in the grass next to the shoulder on the Interstate. It was Sunday evening. They came, pulled me about 5 feet. I had to go to the next exit because it was after hours and they insisted on cash only, $100! I thought that was an excessive amount and very inconvenient. I definitely know they helped me out and am very grateful! But I felt slightly over-charged. Just my opinion—the man was very nice and helpful. I’m pretty sure he doesn’t set their prices.

Literally highway robbery. Had the car towed morning of 12/31. Bill was $175 and I signed it. By 1/2, they demanded $400 for storage. They didn't even open on 1/1. They wanted the car and was trying to stop me from take it out. Think twice before dealing with them.

This company towed my truck and left the driver stranded at 11 PM in the middle of nowhere during a snowstorm, endangering his life. I want you to know that I'm going to sue you because the most important thing is to preserve human life, and if something serious happens to the driver or he suffers hypothermia, you will be responsible for this.
