I was in for hydraulic hoses. Got in and taken care of quickly. Lots of items If you look around. Clerk pictured is about the driest, no conversation and humorless person I have ever met. No comments or suggestions on the work I was doing....mr.roboto I guess or maybe he just doesn't like people.

Before I called, I went online, find a twenty percent discount which did not state online.Only nowhere, even the employee looked on my phone and didn't see it nowhere. So then I called the store. Because it was only showing one water pump online. The guy on the phone I found the part that I wanted. Quoted me a price, and when I went to pick it up. A different guy tells me a different price. And then he makes it sound like he's doing me a favor by you.Giving it to me for the quoted price that I got in the first place. And then when I bring up the twenty percent discount, that does not say online, only. And then he acts like he's given me a deal because he gave it to me at the well.I got quoted over the phone. And they act like you're putting it under different accounts to sell it to me cheaper seriously. Just to honor of the twenty percent off. Appreciate you taking my money.

I haven't been to a NAPA in years. While I was broke down on the side of the road after my radiator blew, their delivery driver stopped, made sure I was okay, and gave me an ice cold water bottle. I'll be visiting soon.
