Called about having a car towed from an assigned space in a private lot. Was told to wait for parade traffic to clear. Waited at least another half an hour, my fiance then called and was told the same. Fiancé told them a certain street was open and clear to get to the lot. They still told him the same. Never even showed up. Obviously didn’t care. Had to park elsewhere and carry our toddler to the building. I waited outside for 45 minutes. For a company whom was just in the same exact parade, that I was told to wait for it’s traffic to clear up, to not even do their job. Ridiculous. I will be calling any and every other tow service in town when needed now. Thanks for nothing.
