I took my 2016 Ford Fusion in for an unfamiliar noise. I was told it was my tension pulley. After replacing it they called and said it had to do with my transmission. The noise is still there and they charged me $84 for a labor on the pulley and $45 for the part that I didn’t need. Come on Vince I feel like you are too money driven. Heading over to a transmission repair shop now.
