Manage your expectations here. Its a public junkyard so the customer service isint exactly helpful. They are unwilling to let you borrow tools despite them clearly having them. No jacks, no batteries, and no cables. Only multimeters are allowed so good luck testing components and pulling engines/transmissions. The only part that is good is the initial cost. Prices are fair, warranty is fair, parts are plentiful. They make picking yourself practically impossible if your touching anything genuinely important. If your an elite go somewhere else please
