Absolutely amazing experience. Ray was quick, fast, and polite about the entire process. I did not know anything about junking cars but he helped me out a lot. Ray told me what time he would come and he was here on time, I didn't have to wait around for him. He was quick, reliable, and friendly. He was completely professional about it and showed his removal license and everything. He also told me what he intended to do with the car. He paid me exactly what he told me he would. Russell was very nice and explained everything very well on the phone about selling my junk car.He was very accommodating as i was not located where the vehicle had died, and they had to work around my availability.
