We brought our car here for body work based on family recommendations, and the experience has been extremely disappointing and a nightmare. The first time we picked up our car, we noticed a few days later that our door handle was not attached and there was a dent and various pry marks and loose plastic. Someone dropped the car off on our behalf and only mentioned that the door handle was not attached. This was our bad. However, there were also dents, loose plastic, and visible pry marks that should have been immediately noticeable to anyone inspecting/fixing the door handle, especially a professional body shop. We returned the vehicle and the door handle was replaced, but within a few days the door began rattling. Upon closer inspection after we noticed the door was rattling, we found additional pry marks on the panel, the ambient lighting on that door was not working, the panel had not been installed correctly and the back door handle also had a pry mark. We brought the car back again. When we arrived to pick it up, there was a new scratch on the fabric part of the panel, and the original dent and pry mark on the front door panel still had not been addressed. The scratch & dent were brought up, but we were told the pry mark and dent could not be repaired. So now, I’m left with a pry mark on my front door panel that I didn’t cause. This is unacceptable, especially since the damage occurred during the repair process and the vehicle was in your shop for professional body work. Each time we returned to have an issue corrected, something else was damaged. This repeated pattern of poor workmanship and lack of attention to detail has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. However, I will note that the paint job was phenomenal. On top of all of this, my door is now rattling again. It was a first and last time for us.
