This place will take advantage of truck drivers if you need a heavy duty wrecker. $500 per hour and the time start from the moment they get the call, not when they get to you. They also add a %15 fuel surcharge. Never in my life have I seen a heavy duty wrecker charge that much. Do not use these people.

Ralph Cook Wrecker Service is a shady, predatory towing company. In my experience, they use vague pricing and pressure tactics to overcharge people when they’re stuck and have no choice. Nothing was explained upfront, the bill was outrageous, and questioning it only got attitude instead of answers. Zero transparency, zero professionalism, and zero concern for customers. This place feels built to take advantage of people on their worst day. Do yourself a favor and call literally anyone else.

This is the highest price I've ever paid for a heavy duty tow. It was literally double the rate of the highest I have ever paid. He took advantage because the truck needed to be moved out of the road asap. After I questioned his price, he threatened to take it back to his yard and add on more fees. Very shady and unethical. Stay away.
