This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had dealing with a towing company. My semi truck got stuck and I called them for assistance. After explaining the situation and location, I was told someone would come out. I ended up waiting over 6 hours before they even arrived. As a driver trying to stay on schedule, that kind of delay is completely unacceptable. When they finally showed up, they brought the wrong truck for the job. After already waiting hours, I then had to wait even longer while they went back and got the correct truck. All of that wasted time was due to their lack of preparation and poor communication. Once the correct truck finally arrived, the actual work to get my truck unstuck took about 40 minutes. Then came the bill. They charged over $8,000, added a $50 administration fee, and somehow included $1,200 in fuel charges, even though their yard was only about 10–20 miles away from my location. The pricing is completely outrageous for what was done. Waiting over half a day, dealing with the wrong equipment being sent out, and then being charged an arm and a leg for less than an hour of actual work is beyond unreasonable. Yes, they eventually got the truck unstuck, but the wait time, poor planning, and shocking price make this one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. Drivers and companies should be extremely cautious before calling this towing service.

Absolutely sketchy and unprofessional experience from the time I arrived to the time I left. Facility is publicly accessible but was treated like I broke into Fort Knox because I spoke to someone over the fence about what I thought was my vehicle in the yard. They told me to call, and when I called the guy hung up in my face after asking how long the vehicle had been there. If they are reluctant to share basic info it makes you question their motivations behind their toes as well as the costs associated. Was also told that certain other major and actually reputable tow companies were banned from their lot, as if it matters who exactly comes and retrieves a vehicle. They’re probably insulted by good customer service. Good luck if yours comes here.
