I was disappointed in the handling of my vehicle. The lady at the front desk asked me the consumer "how were we supposed to know that your truck had this problem". ????? Nevermind the fact that their tech personally told me that he was nerd when it came to front-ends. The man adjusted the bolt. He even told me that he had to in order to get the steering wheel adjusted. A week later the bolt backs off then they try and blame it on another part that was installed stating that in order for the other part to be installed that the other shop must've had the adjust the bolt.....WRONG. LOL. Some "nerd" huh.

I was stranded from out of town with a broken leaf spring on my fully loaded gooseneck trailer. Truck Pro was able to replace the spring in 2 hrs and do it for a great price. Very professional, honest, and trustworthy. I don’t run across people who conduct their business in this manner very often. Larry and Ricky and all the staff are great!
