When I walked into the building I greeted the 3 men that were in the lobby. There were two of them standing off by the counter and they refused to speak as if I was speaking to myself! However, the gentleman who verifies the info before inspection was kind. Inspection failed because tint was “too dark” , but just last year, same place, same company, inspection PASSED with the SAME TINT. Literally can see through my windows from afar. I feel like it’s a pick and choose situation because I know of others who went here with EXTREMELY dark tint and walked out with a fresh sticker on their windshield. Since the new name, this place has been nothing but issues. Let’s not forget when I attempted to get an inspection a time prior to this the guy hurriedly closed the garage as I was pulling under the driveway. Apparently, they close at 5, but online says otherwise. So for the rest of you needing an inspection sticker, be careful with this place! They will take your money then fail your inspection. Customer service is nothing like the old D’ville Body & Glass!

My car was repaired at this body shop recently 2024! My car came out the shop HALF FIXED! MY car had water leaking on my passenger side floor! My right side turn signal is now out from water leaking! My service airbag system light is on! My headlamp is completely out! I’ve taken my car to the shop numerous times to let them know about my problems that should’ve been fixed before paying a $1000 deductible for repairs! Also told me there’s nothing they can do about it after paying my deductible and insurance paying their part! I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP! THERE ARE MANY OTHER GERBER & COLLISIONS IN LOUISIANA!

Scheduled appt a week ahead of time with a no show/no call AFTER I called at time of appt to confirm. Called again 2 hours later for them to tell me it's scheduled for another day that I won't even be in town.RIDICULOUS,but I am glad bc now I am seeing bad reviews,and got bad word of mouth after my appt was not kept when talking about it. I'd give less than 1 star if I could
