If I could give a lower rating I would. After checking online for a part for my truck, I found the Napa in Farmerville was the only one that had the part in stock. I called ahead to confirm the part was there and told him if be there to pick it up, but would be very close to closing when I could get there. After driving 30 miles. I arrived 15 minutes untill closing, only to find the doors locked and one employee in the parking lot. I ask the employee, and he said the owner said lock up early and left. The Employee didn't have a key. If the guy would have told me they close early...I would have never wasted my time or gas. I went home and ordered the part elsewhere. I will never waste my time fooling with this idiot again.

Needed help with a blinker light not working. Employee got us a better blinker light and installed it for us!! He was so very helpful and nice. This auto parts store is where everyone should buy parts! I know it's the only one my family and friends will use!!!

The parts are cheaper made than 30 years ago. Not quite the same great quality. The people were very helpful.
