I was quoted 225 for a relatively short tow. Contacted the dispatcher to confirm and she told me 275. When I tried to get the rate I was quoted the dispatcher gave the usual "we'll we're really busy so its hard to get a truck out right now, hence the higher rate" nonsense. As soon as I gave in, it was "We'll be there in 20 minutes". Almost $300 for less than 30 miles of towing. I dont know how you can sleep at night holding people's desperation over their heads until their bank accounts fall open. Really glad I wasn't in a life threatening situation, because yall would have just let me die. I will not ever use this service again.

Purchased several vehicles from JJ merchant auctions through Dixie towing auto sales. Both vehicles were in poor condition which the JJ merchant auction site did not honestly disclose. One car barely had brakes, no suspension and needed a jump to start and the other vehicle overheated in less than 6 miles and had a flat tire . I'll never buy anything through JJ merchant or Dixie towing auto sales again .
