I had to leave my car in an abandoned parking lot because it was having a service issue. I sent roadside assistance for the vehicle and before they could even get there this company towed my car. I called and was told by the lady who answered that she would come when she was ready because it was a holiday and then when I asked for a time she told me I wasn’t speaking nice enough to her and then demanded an apology or she would hold my car for 4 more days since it was a holiday. I ended up calling the police who said they get calls constantly about this business and they were told by the same lady if I called the next day she would go and get my car. However I wanted police present and she would not agree to that. So instead she hasn’t answered my calls. Also was told cash only. I can only say this, they may get away with what they are doing for now. But I will file every complaint and suit against them that I can to try and make sure no one else ever has to go through what I have had do.

He took my car from in front of my residence under the pretext that the sticker on the windshield of the car was not placed in the right place. He chose a late time on the weekend and deliberately turned off the phone until 12 hours had passed in order for me to pay him $330. I also found faults in the car and oil coming out of the front wheels. In the end, my advice is to be careful when you park your car, especially late on the weekend. They are exploiters (bad exploitation that harms society and is a trick to make money).

They sat and waited to take my car ,I tried to get it back the same night but no one answered the phone , line kept saying closed ! They provided another number that’s out of service! The line that was provided was saying out of service but somehow I got a text saying it would be $360 to get my car back ! These people are scam artist
