the young guy by the name of Dane was very helpful and polite need to give him a raise or promote him the girl that waited on me tested my battery and said it was bad find out the battery came from O'Reilly and was still in warranty I ask her if they still replace batteries and she said she don't what about the other guys working here and she said i'm not going to ask I don't want them getting mad at me its hot outside so I ask if I could ask one of them and let them get mad at me she said yes so I ask Dane and he was very helpful and nice thanks to him I will keep shopping here

Customer service is an absolute 0. Pulled into the parking lot to get some new wiper blades. Was told by an employee very rudely in the parking lot we had to park across the street or somewhere else not in the store parking lot. We weren't even in the parking lot for two minutes.Didn't even bother going inside or trying to explain why I was there took my money elsewhere since we couldn't even get out of the car without being greeted by rude employees.

Thank you sir, after a very disappointing day you took the time out of your day (unecessarily) to go the extra mile to find what I needed, not with the computer but physically looked, then called me back with the good news. I would have had to wait 4 to 6 weeks without you doing this. Thank you Sir.
