Not sure how this place is still in business. I was up charged over 100% for the parts I needed. I had another shop look over the receipt to confirm that they did indeed gouge me on the price. The cherry on top tho was the 17 dollar fee for paying with my card. I do not recommend anyone use this shop.

On approximately June 26th 2024. Hymel's towed my vehicle to their establishment. To replace an air conditioner compressor and a belt. On the 1st of July I contacted them inquiring about the progress on my vehicle. I was told that, it would not be more than two additional days and that "they were working on it as we speak." I expressed to the secretary with urgency, that I use my vehicle for work and that I do not have income if I do have transportation. I'm a single mother who is self employed and need my car desperately. She put me on hold. After a few seconds she came back online and told me that "they were working on it as we speak." Here we are July 4, 2024, still no transportation. I called in, expecting to leave a message as today is a holiday. Surprisingly, I got an answer from a gentleman who told me check back with him on Monday July 8, 2024. My vehicle has been in their shop 9 days as of today and Im being told to "check back on the 8th! I feel this is unacceptable. I feel like a job such as this should not take 13 days. I was misled as to how long the job was going to take. I've missed several important jobs and I hope that Hymel's takes that into consideration when sending me an invoice.

I had a blowout on a trailer on the interstate in a very bad location. They responded quickly with a tow truck after hours. Repaired my trailer. Did good work at a reasonable price and were very professional and easy to deal with.
