Stopped for a few hours near Louisiana Tech University and came back to a car that absolutely refused to start. Dead battery, apparently. I tried turning the key several times even though I knew it probably wasn't helping. Called All Max Towing and Recovery and the process was simple from the start. The technician showed up faster than expected, got the vehicle running again, and took a few minutes to explain what might have caused the issue. That extra effort honestly stood out. A situation that could've ruined the rest of my day ended up being resolved pretty quickly. Definitely keeping their number saved.

This place is a scam. They take money upfront, and they never send any towing truck at all.

All Max Towing and Recovery provided dependable support when I needed it most. My car overheated near I-20 outside Ruston right in the middle of the afternoon, and with the Louisiana heat already making everything miserable I could feel myself getting stressed fast. I pulled onto the shoulder and sat there for a minute hoping the temperature gauge would somehow drop back down... definitely didn’t. Called them expecting a long wait since traffic was backed up nearby, but the driver showed up in about 30 minutes. Really friendly guy too first thing he asked was if I had enough water before even checking the car. He got everything loaded quickly, explained where the car was being taken, and never made the whole situation feel more overwhelming than it already was. Pricing felt fair for same-day towing honestly. By the end of it, I was mostly just relieved the car was finally getting taken care of.
