This is the nicest and friendliest tow truck company I've ever dealt with. A week and a half ago, I was stuck in a torrential downpour. I was dropping my kid off at school and the weather was really bad. As I approached the school, kids were getting back into their cars and leaving the school. The school decided to close the minute we arrived. As I headed back home, the streets were flooding and I ended up getting stuck in flooded streets that were so bad that my vehicle just stopped working. I called 911 and they told me that they couldn't come out to help me because they weren't going to send their units out into the water but that they would log my call. Thanks a lot. I called a local tow truck company and was told the same thing. I was stuck and had to be pushed out by some awesome young men who didn't mind getting soaked and pushing my car out of the already 2 ft of water and onto higher ground. From that point on, I waited two hours with no luck on the car starting. When the water receded, I called L. P Bourque and within 15 minutes , he was there to save the day and us as well. For just 150 bucks , we were hooked up and brought back home with no problems except a hydro locked car that is now totaled. Mr. Bourque was sweet as can be and was more than happy to listen to me rant and rave about our horrible ordeal the whole way home. I would highly recommend this company for all of your towing needs. They were clean, caring and empathetic.

They told my wrecked vehicle to their storage facility and stored it there. Be aware that there is daily storage fee plus a administration fee. The young lady up front was very helpful with information on several matters.

Disappointing...wrong material used for putting item in place,item that was replaced wasn't even screwed and other things not done correctly,felt rushed when i did go back to show them their faults,went out of my way to go there being I dont live close but they were recommended
