Everything was above board and clear , no smoke and mirrors . Had one minor defect on a window gasket that I noticed , the part is in . Daniel called me promptly. Love my 2025 Bronco .

12/26/25 my Ranger had a safety recall, that was taken care of promptly by a great service department @ Musson-Patout Ford in Abbeville, LA. These people care about how a customer satisfaction. Also they notice little things like my washer fluid was low or empty and refilled it. All with a smile and excellent service.

Very attentive and prompt service. Broke down in Abbeville, LA while traveling. They helped me get a wrecker service and checked my vehicle the same day that the truck got to the shop. Of course when the truck got the shop it would start with no problems. They troubleshooted it the next morning and found wear in the steering column and also a brake switch that was not correct. Ordered parts and truck was ready the next morning. The problem appeared to be solved and I was able to get home. The service person Danielle kept me in the loop and arranged for me to get a ride to the shop when my truck when completed. Had a very good experience using this ford dealership. Unfortunately, the problem reappeared but is able to be started with difficulty so something is still off with the truck. Truck has 476K miles on it and from time to time I get these electrical issues that are not easy to solve. Would have been a 5 star if the problem did not come back. Steering parts did correct an issue with putting truck in reverse and having to shift several times to get it to work.
