In a world where you’re just another invoice, Complete Diesel Automotive Car Care feels like a hug from Jesus himself. My 2017 Ram 2500 6.7 Cummins (my forever truck, the last one I ever plan to own) got poisoned by bad fuel from some sketchy pump. Truck would idle all day long but the second I touched the throttle it fell on its face. Dead in a parking lot. Every other diesel shop I called wanted $1,800–$2,500 just to start, no guarantees, “might still need injectors,” the usual scare tactics. Complete Diesel answered the phone like a human being who actually gave a damn. Listened to the whole story, calmed me down, and said, “We got you.” Quoted me $675 to drop the tank, dump the contaminated fuel, blow out the lines, new filters front and rear, and get me running. One day turnaround while the shop was slammed. That’s it. No upsell, no drama, no ghosting. Picked it up the next afternoon and it runs better than it has in years. Strong, smooth, no hesitation, like the nightmare never happened. I’ve been turning wrenches and owning diesels for over 30 years. I have never—NEVER—walked out of a shop for under a grand, and it’s never taken less than a week. These guys are the real deal: honest, fast, fair, and they genuinely care. If you have a Cummins, Duramax, Powerstroke, or you just love your truck like family, take it to Complete Diesel. If they’re booked solid, wait. Tell them the guy with the silver 2017 6.7 sent you. Go twice if you have to. I want these people so buried in business they have to put up a bigger building and hire more good humans just like them. They’ve earned every bit of it. Five stars isn’t enough. This place restored my faith in people.

I had bought a new-to-me 2018 F-550 and the motor blew up 2 weeks later. Brought it to Complete Diesel and they confirmed the previous diagnosis (from a shop farther from home. I was out of state when it blew.), they also cut open the oil filter and found the classic metal glitter oil. They put in a new Ford motor, turbo, glow plugs, etc and they did it much faster than I expected. The price was also right. Been hauling equipment ever since.

Great experience. Had some galled up bolts on my catalytic converter that no muffler shop would mess with. These guys got them off without snapping them in a few hours and bolted up my new converters. Very satisfied. Great work
