I had a very disappointing experience with Angels Auto & Towing Inc. I booked a part for my customer and was promised delivery within 10 days. After making me wait for the full period with no proper updates, they suddenly canceled my order without any valid reason. To make matters worse, they have not issued any refund and are now avoiding communication. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of responsibility is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before doing business with them.

There has been a delay in the shipping process, which has caused dissatisfaction for my customer. As a result, the customer has canceled the order due to the ongoing issue with shipping this part. Additionally, we have not received a response to our previous inquiries. This situation is concerning and highlights the need for improved communication and workflow management.

Really bad. Caled for a part. They told me that they need to confirm if it still available. (Songs bad inventory) They asked for my number to call me back later. They never called me. I called 2 times on a same day and no results. Next day I call again and they didn't had an answer for me. I end out going to another place.
