I’m a Construction Project Manager with Emmaty Inc and we use Northeast Recycling for removal of our Construction debris utilizing their dumpsters and removal service. I am fortunate in that I have had direct dealing with the owner on several occasions as well as some of his key personnel. Anytime I have an issue I receive fantastic customer service regardless of what my needs may be. From the owner to the dispatcher to the women that handle customer accounts to the driver, (Al) who is phenomenal by the way, I feel like I get treated special. No more so than with my several dealings with Debra Pepi! She handles the LEED program and other Administrative things at Northeast and she has been nothing but a consummate professional every time I’ve needed to work with her. She’s been patient, understanding and incredibly helpful working with me on some confusing issues each time. She’s gotten my squared away each time and goes over and above to make sure it’s perfect. It’s truly a pleasure working with her and I look forward to working with them on all of my projects!

Debra at Northeast Recycling has been absolutely outstanding to work with. The disposal company we always used was bought out and Debra cleared up a lot of confusion with our missing payments. Looking forward to a bright future with Northeast Recycling.
