My daughter’s car died in the parking lot across the street, 10 minutes before they closed. I spoke to Bill on the phone and told him that my daughter was stranded across the street. he told me not to worry about it, that he would take care of her. He walked across to her car, and jumped the battery. He was able to get her home to me safely. Somehow I could tell he was a dad too.

I've been stopping here for years to get gas. I didn't realize the gas station had turned to self service recently, but for some reason your night attendant was very upset and angry that he had to stop what he was doing to pump my gas. If he had simply told me that you're no longer full service I would've happily done it myself. Instead I decided to go elsewhere because I don't expect a response like that for simply assuming something that's been the norm for years (full service).
