Great customer service from Chris and other staff. Very friendly and accommodating explained everything in detail and made it easier to understand what problems I have with my car. I really liked that I was sent a video showing me what is needed to be fixed. I was a little overwhelmed at the price for a transmission fluid change, but I appreciated how helpful the staff was.

I have so much to say about the amazing services I've received at Herb Chambers Ford. The customer service is outstanding, especially from Derek, who has been an exceptional technician. I first met Derek in 2025, but we have been in communication over the phone for the past three to four years. I usually pick up my vehicle after hours, which is why we hadn't crossed paths until now. Derek has been incredibly helpful over the phone, displaying a level of customer service that is rare to find these days. I also recently met his manager, John, who is equally dedicated to assisting customers, whether it's with my car or my motorhome. The entire team is friendly and truly committed to providing excellent service. I can't recommend them enough!
