They turned what could have been an absolutely miserable experience into an easy and hassle free one! After my car was damaged by someone driving into me, I was super frustrated. However Fred M Susan were able to see me right away and worked with the other persons insurance (Mapfre) so everything got handled. They were clear and helpful responding to questions quickly and offering updates throughout the week. In particular Alejandra who was my main contact was incredibly kind and helpful. She even ended up coming in on her day off so I could get my car on a weekend since I was coming from out of state. Cannot speak highly enough of this business.

I haven't had to deal with a body shop for a very long time and I am glad that this shop was here for me when I had an unfortunate thing happen to my car recently. They replaced the front section of my Honda Fit, paint perfectly matched, and gave me back a clean, beautiful car. Dealing with Alejandra in the front office was truly a pleasure - she is as efficient as she is warm. And all, just a short walk down the hill from my home in Somerville.

I can't say enough good things about this fantastic shop. This is the second car I've had to get work done on and it was perfect both times. No problems with the insurance, either. Also, the employees are really great at what they do, and they're friendly. They have a text service for updates which was nice. As a customer I felt like they knew how much I cared about my vehicle and the quality of work. They do excellent work so it wasn't an issue at all. They treated my cars like they were their own.
