We purchased a battery here and were having some issues with it. I thought it was under warranty, so I stopped by to have it checked. The young man behind the counter was extremely helpful and professional. He brought out his handheld tester, confirmed the battery was unfortunately bad, and then went back inside to verify that it was still under warranty. He immediately arranged for a replacement, and his colleague came out and installed the new battery on the spot. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. The entire process was quick and stress-free. Excellent customer service like this is refreshing and very much appreciated.

Wow! I am very impressed with the service at Advance Auto parts. After unsuccessfully trying to get my battery replaced by AAA, I went to Advanced Auto parts and Robert was an very helpful. I had my battery purchased and installed right away. It was an easy and pleasant experience (two things I don't say often about car repair) Thank you!!!
