This USED to be a good place to go . Theres a gentlemen that’s awesome but he’s the only honest one . Whenever it’s the lady. YOU GET RIPPED OFF. Multiple people I work with have said that they weigh before they go so they know what to expect. The lady shorted him 100$ then played it off when he realized it. I myself have been shorted by her . Save yourself and go a few doors down to Winfield recycling. You get a receipt and see what you’ve been paid out and better prices.

Always super friendly, the staff there is knowledgeable and quick! The owners really take their time to get to know their customers and make you feel like they care. Have known them for years and are always fair in pricing and business compared to other scrap yards in the area. Great place overall!

Frauds. I brought a hot water tank with wiring, 3 wheels and some other pieces. After having me unload the truck including the heavy water tank the guy said “ok see ya.” I looked at the scale (filled with similar items) and he just said “we don’t pay for light iron stuff like that.” Funny, they have plenty of times before. They were just too lazy to put it on the scale and wanted some free metal. The place is a scam. Drive down the street to Windfield instead.
