I had an excellent experience at Auto Repair! The staff was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what repairs were needed. The service was fast, honest, and fairly priced — no surprises at all.

Went to Eli's to have tires mounted and balanced, excellent experience. Have had bad luck lately with big brand tire shops, so decided to go local this time around. Super easy process, and charged way less then comparable shops in the area. Will be taking my cars here for more work in the future!

clearly told them my car’s horn wasn’t working, yet they still charged me a $60 diagnostic fee without fixing anything. There is a serious lack of communication within this shop — no one seems to know what they’re doing, and the staff does a terrible job informing customers. They insisted that I leave my car even though I had already explained the exact issue, and then charged me for “diagnosing” the same problem I told them from the start. On top of that, the owner was extremely rude on the phone and even hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Save your time and money — avoid this place.
