The team at Collex did such an amazing job repairing my car after an unfortunate hit and run. I am very particular about my vehicle, so at first I was a little hesitant to leave it to a shop I never heard of before. Brittany was fantastic at accurately communicating everything that needed to be done and when it would be done, providing constant updates, and keeping me in the loop throughout the entire process. Also, was very helpful in getting the rental appointment setup and I was able to receive the rental the day I dropped it off and left it in the same spot when the car was finished being repaired. I wouldn't recommend another shop to anyone else after the experience I had. Very grateful for the work performed!

Brittany made the entire process smooth and stress-free, keeping me informed and answering all my questions with patience and care. Brittany took the burden off of me by handing everything with my insurance company. She even arranged for my rental car to be ready and pick me up as soon as I dropped my car off. My husbands car was damaged. I found Collex through our car insurance agency. I inquired about bringing my car in for repair online at this shop and another shop when they were already closed. I received an email and phone call them the following morning. Still waiting to hear back from other shops. They helped to set up a rental and I was able to drop off my car as soon as possible. I received calls from Brittany with updates and they worked with insurance company on any additional costs. Car was ready within a week. Car looks great on the outside and my husband was pleasantly surprised that they also cleaned his car on the inside. Thank you! We will definitely recommend to family and friends.
