Went for the 1st time for an inspection. They took me right away and it was done in less than 10 minutes. The lady at the front desk was very kind and welcoming! If you’re in the area go to Jim’s !! I know I’ll be back!

I moved to the Norton area a few years back. Come inspection sticker time for my vehicle, I always traveled back to my old area to go to a service station I knew and trusted. Monday I decided to look into a service station more local and found Jim's auto service in Mansfield. I read the reviews and everyone spoke highly of Jim's that is now being run by his daughter Patti. I pulled up Monday morning for an inspection sticker. Patti was the first one to show up to work and I found her very friendly. They took me right in for an inspection sticker and Patti came out and told me that my rear brakes needed to be replaced an offered to bring me into the shop and show me worn parts. I was able to make an appointment for 1:00 the same day and came back for the appointment. Jim's replaced my brakes in short time and I was on my way. While I was waiting and having my car worked on I spoke with some other customers who all had nothing but good things to say about Jim's Auto Service. I'm glad I was able to make this find.
