I came to this AutoZone store today to buy a new pair of windshield wipers. When I was trying to replace them, I wasn’t sure how to do it, so I asked one of the staff members for help. The first guy didn’t know how to replace them either, so he asked another employee to assist. While replacing the passenger-side wiper, the wiper arm accidentally snapped back and hit my windshield, leaving a small chip and a visible crack. At first, I didn’t notice the damage because I was standing in front of the car and couldn’t see it clearly. The staff member kept apologizing, and I told him “you’re good.” After they finished and went back inside, I inspected more closely and discovered the chip and crack. I went back to talk to the same employee, and he was cooperative and checked the windshield with me. However, he kept saying it was just a small chip and nothing to worry about. He even mentioned that his own Acura’s windshield had a larger chip and said mine was fine to drive with. He suggested that if I really wanted to fix it, I should go through my insurance. I told him that filing an insurance claim would increase my insurance premium next year, but he didn’t respond. Since he was helping me for free, I didn’t argue further — but regardless, my windshield was still damaged.

I had an excellent experience at AutoZone thanks to Nick, one of their employees who helped replace the battery in my car. The old battery was in really rough shape — there was a lot of corrosion built up around the terminals, and the battery hold-down was extremely rusty. It honestly looked like it hadn’t been touched in years, and I could tell right away it wasn’t going to be an easy job. Despite how difficult it was to remove, he handled everything professionally and patiently. He carefully worked through the corrosion, dealt with the rusty hold-down, and made sure everything was removed safely without damaging anything. You could tell he knew exactly what he was doing and wasn’t cutting any corners. After getting the old battery out, he installed the new one perfectly, secured everything properly, and made sure the connections were clean and solid. My car started up with no issues at all. He went above and beyond, especially considering how tough the removal process was. Employees like him are the reason people keep coming back. He absolutely deserves recognition — and honestly, a raise — for his hard work and great customer service. Thank you for the outstanding help Nick!

I went to AutoZone yesterday to get new windshield wipers and I asked them to put them on. Shady and Luis were wonderful. They make a wonderful team. They were so helpful. I was in and out. They were so accommodating. I highly recommend AutoZone. I would definitely come here again.
