I recently brought my Volkswagen to Hub Starters & Alternators in Malden for repairs, and I’m really happy with the experience overall. The job took a bit longer than originally estimated, which was a little inconvenient, but Lou and Brian were upfront about it and made it right to make up for the extra time my car was there. On top of that, the final bill came in cheaper than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. Lou and Brian are great, honest, knowledgeable, and clearly care about doing things the right way. The repair was done well, my car drives smoothly now, and their customer communication made the whole process stress-free. I’ll bring my car back for future servicing. Highly recommend this shop to anyone in the Malden area.

My experience with Hub Starters have been great. They are fair and solid. They can be busy(no wonder), so I tend to call them in before I go there. If you are looking for a auto shop that is trust worthy, I suggest you give them a try:)

I brought my car for inspection and before I bought my car's front headlights from Auto Zone, I only got 2 of them and I called them and asked if they could install them and they didn't tell me the fee. Then they took $135. When I asked why they didn't tell me, they said call the police, they are thieves. I have documents proving that I paid. I want the authorities to contact me urgently. I want a refund.
