Went to the Marlborough location right next to the CVS and in front of the market 32. Ive been having trouble starting my car and have been needing to jump start it for the past week. I figured I needed a new battery and I had help from one of the associates named Charlie R. He came out to look under my hood and tested my old battery and showed me on the testing that although my battery was charged at 100%, it read as failed. We went back inside and he walked me through the different prices of the batteries and the pros and cons of each. Before I did purchase my battery he mentioned that they do free installation with the purchase which was relieving cause I thought was gonna have to do it myself. We both double checked under the hood before the purchase to make sure that I could be installed without removing a lot under the hood. Once I purchased the battery, Charlie got the necessary tools he needed and he completed the battery switch in under 20 min. I started up the car and it worked perfectly indicating to me that it was the battery that had to be switched. Shout out to this man for coming out in the cold providing excellent customer service and being very knowledgable. I wanted to give this man a tip but he declined and said he was happy to help. I’ve been using these guys for at leas 20 years now and they rock. It’s one of the best autozone teams around. The guys greet you as you come in the door and offer help. They have delivered for me in the past in a completely different town and the manager brought over the oil himself. ( What a treat) I know this is not something to be expected but as a commercial account holder one can truly appreciate something like that.
