I’ve been going to Mark’s for almost 20 years and will never go anywhere else. The level of service, quality of work and care for the customers is like nowhere else. I bought a rusted out wreck out of state at the recommendation of a friend. (I will never not have that pre-purchase inspection again). But it was up to Terry and Mark to salvage the situation. And they did. They weren’t going to let me drive that car until it was safe. Have you ever had that kind of trust in your mechanic? Well, you can here. I am new to the area and I went to Marks for an oil change and service on my jeep wrangler. This is a small shop that was easy to get an appointment for. They’re waiting room was clean. The staff were friendly, low pressure, and helpful. The price for the services I had was very reasonable. I will definitely be going back.
