Jay knows his Volvo's like no one else I have ever met. When I took my S80 here the first time, he correctly told me what he thought was wrong with it and even correctly guessed nearly my exact milage before ever seeing the car. His loaner fleet includes several Volvo's with 200-300k miles on them still running beautifully. I don't think I'll take my Volvo's anywhere else after experiencing his expertise. He is not going to be the cheapest service option, but this is definitely one case where you get what you pay for. If you want to love your Volvo for a long time, this is definitely the place to bring it.
