After seeing the extent of the damage to my Ram truck I couldn't imagine that it would ever look new again. Mickey and the crew at King Collision were very reassuring and helpful from start to finish. They arranged for the truck's delivery to the shop and kept me updated on the repair process with personalized messages and photos several times per week. When parts were hard to find or backordered they used their industry contacts to procure them. The finished product is amazing! It looks like it just rolled off the assembly line. Using a shop that's Ram certified definitely made a huge difference. They're held to a much higher standard than the average shop and have to go through extensive testing and qualification to maintain that designation. I'd use them again in a second and recommend them to anyone.
