This was my 4th towing call for service. Good service over the phone with rep. She walk me through online service. Found my location without me telling her. I liked the fact I was able to pay online with credit card because usually every other towing was cash only and I was broke. Expensive service though, was charge $272 from Quincy to Hingham. They said I should receive 2 calls to confirm all info correct and I got them. One in the other hand tried adding a $25 extra charge because driver went back to change the towing truck he had to better assist me, I did say no I gave all info and paid that’s not my problem, then he said if I cancel there’s a $100 fee . I didn’t cancel because clearly I needed my car towed but I didn’t pay the extra charge neither but driver took overall 1 hour and a half . Overall it didn’t go as bad. Talking to driver he was really friendly and quick getting my car on the truck and bringing me to my destination. He also notified he was from a whole different company because I ask him about his truck address was different and he had just started working. That’s why the long wait there were no drivers around and the towing was 5 minute drive away from where I was.

Stuck on the side of the highway and AAA sent them… they blew right by us and never came back. Luckily mass DOT pulled up and helped us! Avoid at all costs, or you will be left on the side of the highway hopping you don’t get hit…

Would never use this company again! Horrible! Paid upfront on credit card for what was the "total cost," only to be called back an hour later and told I need to pay an extra $50 for additional mileage or my car wouldn't be towed! This was after I was told I couldn't cancel or I would lose 50% of my money. Total scam. Originally told it would be 1 hour from original quote...turned into 2 hours. Driver wasn't even given the delivery address! And then left it in the middle of the auto body parking lot knowing the car was stuck in park. Horrible customer service on the phone...rude, unhelpful. Would give this company zero stars. Bait and switch. DO NOT USE.
