This is my favorite redemption center in the area. Always a smooth process. (As for every redemption center) You should count your cans and bottles ahead of time. They have even helped me carry in the bags on certain drop off trips. Staff is awesome! Thank you! ?

Better count your bottles before you get there or make up a number in your head! Woman at front desk is SUPER unhelpful! Got there a little bit before they closed plenty of time to be assisted and still not helped! After counting over 90 bottles I was over it! Totally unsatisfied better off at the Taunton redemption center!

I just left there the man. I’m literally speechless!!! I wanted 2 things of bags. He said 2 dollars for 5 bags I gave 4 dollars and then another man gave me another thing of bags!!! I was confused then he takes the third one back like I asked for it!!! Anyway didn’t bother till some big comes out yelling I oh him a dollar!!!! I said I was sorry and gave him the dollar!! Thought that would be sufficient in making them happy. So it didn’t as the smaller man walked in the store I heard him call me a thief. over a dollar a say to the bigger man I knew, I was trying to steal a dollar!!! I replied you’re really gonna call me a thief over a dollar???? Anyway tossed the bags that I paid for on the ground and kindly told the Man U can keep them and the money obviously u need it more than me!!! Sorry never had a problem there in ten years of going there, 10 yrs never bee Talked to like that. Sorry to say but I’ll be having my wife take me to raynham from now on!!! I had 2000 cans for them 2 usually they are so nice!!! But these guys weren’t the normal guys!!! Anyway lost a customer that valued the people who had good customer service!! Hopefully they come back soon but ill never step foot in that place ever again!! Thank u
