I went to pick them up today and they put them on for me as my make, year, and model is notorious for being hard to figure out and snap in. I used to come here for everything I needed. For a long time. Tonight I called up about getting a new battery. He was the only one in the store so couldn't come out to help me switch the battery. No problem I get that. Then I ask if I could borrow a set of sockets to do it myself outfront. They've always been about loaner tools. He tells me they've had to take a look at loaning tools because people have dropped them into the engine bay where they can't be reached. It's all good. O'Reillys across the street swapped it out for me no problem and it was only $12 more. Guess where I'll be going from now on.
