I’ve had a wonderful experience dealing with Paradise Citgo. Our 2021 Audi Q7 started making a knocking sound in the engine. We originally took it to Audi to diagnose the problem. We were told the car needed a new engine! We were quoted over $24k! We have searched around for a knowledgeable repair facility which could work in German car. A few places refused to repair it. Gus over at Paradise quoted us less than a fifth of what the dealer quoted us by simply rebuilding the engine. Took two weeks (engine head had to be sent to a machine shop for the piston rings). Got my car today. Fabulous work! No more knocking noise and almost $20k saved! Thank you Paradise Citgo!

Gus is one of the finest people I know - he and his team are honest, reliable, and always deliver superb customer service. I’ve been relying on his Citgo station for years to fix all sorts of car problems, and the work has always been completed on time and was very reasonably priced. Here’s the kind of guy Gus is - once many years ago, he dropped whatever he was doing and went out of his way to help a friend of mine who had an emergency situation. I have been a customer for seven years and have always had a good experience. The last time I was there, an elderly woman brought her car in but didn’t want to wait. She preferred to go home, but didn’t have anyone to drive her. One of the gentleman who works there took the time out of his busy day to drive her home and pick her up when the car was ready. It warmed my heart to see that compassion in today’s world.
