I will definitely not recommend this trash company. It’s been over a month we have called, contacted this company on line and more. They said trash will be delivered the 14 of Jan and nothing. The 31 of December nothing. We called city hall and was instructed to call WM and sent back to city hall. We were told to make police report we did that and still nothing. It’s been over a month our residential trash has been over flowing and still no trash containers. I’m missing 2 containers and our neighbors are all working professionals with plenty of trash barrels so don’t tell me out of all trash barrels someone is interested in just mine. Smh unbelievable! Never again but clearly I’m stuck with this company because of city contract. I’m livid. Do Not Do business with these people. I mean to each its own, this was my experience review!

Owl Club

It’s been a bit of a rocky start with Waste Management. Communication and consistency haven’t been perfect, but at least they are picking up—which is more than I can say for our previous provider, Republic Services, who stopped collecting altogether. So while things are better than before, there’s definitely still room for improvement in terms of reliability and follow-through. Hopefully things continue to trend upward from here.

We have WM for weekly pickup in Arlington MA, and I also ordered a couple of extra (paid) barrels for additional weekly volume and Ive been super pleased with the service and the employees!
