Last night I stopped in for assistance and received gracious, skilled assistance by Jeremiah despite the bitter cold. He was courteous and professional. Miraculously, as I was leaving, my car wouldn’t start. I realized my car fob battery was dead. It was almost time to close but Kyle and Jeremiah found the right battery and Kyle kindly replaced it for me. My car started immediately. It is a pleasure to know that exceptional customer service is flourishing at this Auto Zone. I’ll be back, thanks to these two gentlemen.

Went for an emergency battery replacement after a snowstorm. The parking and walkways were cleared and sanded. The staff was knowledgeable and consulted me on the available options. They also installed the new battery for free.
