I had a great experience at this shop. They were able to get me scheduled earlier than some other local shops and dropping my car off was no hassle. Communication was great! They took the time to fully explain the issues. Although my car required specialized equipment to make the repair so they weren’t able to fix it in house, they provided advice on which shop they’d recommend to take it to and how to best explain the issues. They also recommended a strategy to prioritize the repairs to get the car in acceptable condition so I could later judge whether it was worth fully fixing or if the more affordable repair would be sufficient. Despite all the effort they put into identifying the issues and the time they took to explain it, they declined payment. These guys deserve whatever business they can get. I won’t hesitate to return to seek their service or their advice.
