Very professional, does great work, very reasonable with pricing, how fast he schedules you in and gets your car done is super fast too. The first time I brought him my car he diagnosed the transmission on my chevy treverse the same day I went to talk to him about it and brought it to have it looked at, very fast to get me in. He charged me almost nothing to put it on a lift, check the fluid for me, and also hook his computer up diagnose it too. I wasnt having any work done either and he still didn't charge me a diagnostic fee. He was very helpful after also explaining to me how I could still use the car around town and local just not on the highway and it would last me maybe a few years still. It was still driving when I sold it a year and a half later. I then bought a Caddillac Escalade that I wanted to have the transmission checked and remembered Transmission Specialist Inc. The man was so helpful and good to me the last time I only wanted to use him again for now this one. He was still in bussiness when I at first thought he wasnt being under new construction and closing for a short time to redo his shop. He answered the phone still even though he was closed on a sunday!!! He told me he would be opening back up in a week or two and was closed for the moment. I explained to him what I had going on and asked him if he could please help me when he reopens fix anything that needs to be repaired? He said yes of course and scheduled me in for the very first day he reopens. I then asked if he would take at least a ride in my truck until I can get it in the shop to see if its ok and safe to drive until then. He is such a good person that he was in the middle of doing work to the shop to reopen it already running behind more then he was wanting to, and he still stopped what he was doing came with me for a ride and drove my truck to see and check that it was safe to drive for me. I then asked what I owed him when we returned to the shop and he didnt want a single dime from me. He just was happy to help someone. Then on top of that he printed me out a checklist and a mileage amount when it should get done to know when I am suppose to take care of some of the main components of my truck and what I should be checking thats most important. I highly recommend Transmission Specialist Inc. to anyone looking to have their car work done correctly the first time ? and at a great price. Less expensive for sure then the other shops around locally and the work is done better then everywhere else from what Ive heard around also. One other reason I respect this shop as much as I do, they dont lie or steal they are very honest!!! So many mechanics are dishonest lie and steal in my experiences. I can confidently say this shop and the men working for it are very honest and I have had nothing but positive experiences with the owner himself. Its a small shop from what Ive seen. A couple of men working and the owner doing a lot of the work himself. He really is just a kind, good at what he does (Transmission Specialist) helpful, gentleman! Bring your vehicle here and you WONT be disappointed ?

Was terrified my transmission was ruined as my car shook and stuttered. Stopped by the transmission specialists and they answered all my questions regarding my specific problems, assured me it was something they could dig into and hopefully resovle. And a few hours later got the call my car was FIXED. and it drives like its brand new again!!! My wallet was extremely happy too!!The owner called me and deeply explained what was wrong and what was fixed. I am verifying happy to find a trustworthy honest shop especially a Transmission shop. All around an extremely happy and positive experience. They have my buisness. If you are having any transmission issues look no further, they will take excellent care of you. 10 stars!!!⭐️

12/19/24 - the check engine light came on in our 2011 Honda Fit with 194000 miles. Car had lost power and was having difficulty changing gears . It was a faulty ignition coil on the second cylinder..Tom could replace All four ignition coils and change spark plugs. Had the repair completed in six hours. This is the third Honda that I have brought there in the last three years. Quality work at a reasonable pre price - so much less expensive than the dealer would have been. Highly recommend.
