Initially, when you call the customer service will be great. But that is to hide their true intentions. When the driver shows up to pick up your vehicle, they put their plan in motion. The driver will take a picture underneath your vehicle and then call his boss. Then his boss will lowball you and change the price that you agreed to on the phone earlier. I don’t know if this is a part of your business model or do all junk car services operate like this, but you have earned this rating. You are not a five star business and your rating should reflect as such.

Anthony came to pick up my vehicle within a few hours of me putting in the request for service. He was incredibly helpful and was able to help me better understand what was wrong with my car. The vehicle was worth less than I had initially anticipated, but we were able to easily come to an agreement with no conflict. I highly recommend Jack's, extra thanks to Anthony!
