We had a great experience with a septic tank replacement. Jim, owner, was very responsive and provided a fair quote and good timing. His crew that was headed by David were timely, knowledgeable and very kind. Will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend. Update - We have returned to Novak's for a new zero turn. Josh - Sales - was very informative. Offered many options in product and financing. He was never pushy either. We agreed on a product and he set us up for delivery. Tony - Delivery - Was very professional and made sure we didn't have any questions on the product before he left.
